About Us
 No tricks or gimmicks. No hidden fees or surprise charges. When you decide to hire us, we will lay out in advance all costs. If you are in need of parts being ordered etc. we will research the best price, send it to you and wait until we have your approval before ordering. Every bill is itemized with what we did and why you are being billed. There should be no questions, and if you ever have one, we are happy to answer them for you. We strive to help our clients become comfortable with the equipment they are using. We prefer to work within a client's budget and with existing equipment whenever possible. Although, there are times when a new part or an entire computer needs to be ordered. If this happens to be the case, we will help you as much as you need to get the parts, software, or new system that fits you and your needs. |
 David Gori Dave has been active in computers since they first became home-based in the 1980's. He started off on the electronics end, buidling the boards and computers by hand before getting more into networking. He has his CCNA and has completed the A++ criteria. He also has extensive class experience and is continually seeking education oportunities in order to learn as much as possible about this ever changing field. He has owned RBI for over a decade and to date works with both business and home clients. He is also an independent contractor for Plant Electronics Inc., building the network components of 911 center's across the country along with teaching local technicians the 911 software and maintance. |
Emily Gori  Emily has shared an interest in computers with her father since she was a young girl. She remembers when DOS was all you had and the screen only came in one color. She was very fortunate to grow up with a father who took an active interest in computers and electronics. She was exposed to both the building of computers and later on to networking and web design. Emily has in field experience with both business and personal networks and can handle most situations. She also has experience with Virtual Private Networks, or VPN's. She was trained by her father starting a decade ago, and she is also involved in continuing education. |
